At Masolei Studio, each item is created with care and intention. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Apparel & Merchandise

All apparel and merchandise items are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Production typically begins shortly after your order is placed.

Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (if available).

Masolei Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

2. Physical Books

Physical books are fulfilled and shipped by third-party retailers such as Lulu or other distribution platforms.

Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and tracking details are determined by the retailer where the purchase was made. Please refer to that retailer’s shipping policies for full details.

3. Future Pre-Order Editions

For limited pre-order releases offered directly through Masolei Studio:

Estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may require extended processing times due to production scheduling. Customers will be notified once their order ships.

4. Digital Products

Digital products (including eBooks, audio files, and downloadable materials) are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Access instructions will be provided immediately after purchase.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Masolei Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to address error, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply in their country.

Masolei Studio does not control or collect these fees.
