Refund & Returns Policy

Masolei Studio

At Masolei Studio, each item is created with intention and care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

1. Apparel & Merchandise

All apparel and merchandise items are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because these products are created specifically for you once your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or resolution.

2. Physical Books

Physical books are sold through third-party retailers such as Lulu or other distribution platforms. Orders placed through those retailers are subject to their individual policies.

For books purchased through Lulu, orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that time, the order enters production and can no longer be cancelled. Returns and refunds must be requested directly through the retailer where the purchase was made and are subject to that retailer’s terms.

In the future, Masolei Studio may offer limited pre-order editions. Pre-order sales are final once production has begun and are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If a pre-order book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist you.

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Audio, Downloads)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet begun. Once an item has entered production or shipment, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

For books purchased through third-party retailers, cancellation policies are determined by the retailer.
