Masolei represents the soul, light, and higher self. It embodies healing, awakening, empowerment, and alignment ~ the core values behind every creation we offer.

Masolei Studio is operated by its founder under the creative name Masolei, who writes, curates, and produces all content, books, meditations, music collaborations, and creative resources with love and intention.

2.B Will your books be available in print?

Yes. Print editions of Masolei Studio books are now available in select formats.

You can purchase physical copies through our trusted print partner, Lulu, with additional formats and expanded availability being added over time.

Each product page will guide you to the available print options.

2.C Do your books include audio, music, or meditations?

Yes. Select Masolei Studio titles may include optional companion resources designed to deepen the experience.

These may include:

Commercial use is not allowed without written permission.

3. AUDIO, MUSIC & MEDITATIONS

3.A How do I access my purchased audio files?
After checkout, you will receive an email with a download link. Audio may be played on any MP3-compatible device, including phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.

3.B Are your audio tracks safe for children?
Yes. All children’s music, affirmations, and meditations are gentle and age-appropriate. Parental supervision is recommended, especially for relaxation or bedtime listening.

3.C Can I upload Masolei audio to YouTube or social media?
No. All audio is for personal use only and may not be uploaded, reposted, distributed, or reused in other content.

3.D Do you offer music licensing?
Not at this time. If licensing becomes available in the future, details will be posted on the website.

3.E Will you release more audio content?
Yes. New music, meditations, and guided practices will be released periodically.

4. HEALING, SPIRITUALITY & WELLNESS

4.A Is Masolei Studio a healing service?
Masolei Studio provides inspirational, spiritual, and creative content. It does not offer medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional therapy.

4.B Do you guarantee healing results?
No. Every journey is unique. Masolei Studio offers supportive tools, but results cannot be guaranteed.

4.C Is your spiritual content religious?
No. Masolei Studio explores universal themes such as light, love, strength, intuition, inner guidance, and oneness. Our work is spiritual, not religious.

5. CHILDREN’S SAFETY & THE KIDS PORTAL

5.A Is the Kids Portal safe for my child?
Yes. All content is designed to be child-friendly, gentle, and age-appropriate, primarily for ages 4+. Younger children may enjoy the content with adult guidance. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising all website use.

5.B Do you collect personal information from children?
No. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All purchases, email sign-ups, and submissions must be completed by an adult.

If a family chooses to participate in the Hall of Light Explorers, we collect only:

• First name

• First initial of surname

• State or province

• Country

Participation is optional, and the Hall is not publicly visible.

5.C What is the Light I Am Portal?
The Light I Am Portal is a private, interactive space connected to "The Light I Am - Interactive Experience".

Families who purchase the Interactive Experience receive a direct access link to explore the story, along with connected bonus content, activities, and immersive features.

5.D What’s inside the Light I Am Portal?

The portal may include a variety of enriching and playful experiences, such as:

• Coloring pages

• Downloadable activities

• Affirmations

• Meditations

• Music

• Interactive story elements

• Special surprises connected to the book

Content may grow and evolve over time.

5.E What are the Declaration, Badge, and Hall of Light Explorers?
Children who complete the Sacred Symbol Quest may:

• Read or listen to the Light Explorer Declaration

• Receive a Light Explorer Badge

• Optionally add their name to the Hall of Light Explorers

The Hall is private, optional, and accessible only to families who have purchased the book.

6. ORDERS, PAYMENTS & DOWNLOADS

No. Digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-download nature.
